to the whole cosmos — the trees, the clouds, everything."
— Thich Nhat Hanh

What does
“Donation Based Class” mean?
There is a recommended donation of $8 per class. No one will be turned away for financial reasons, so pay what you can. Of course, any donation above the recommended amount is deeply appreciated by the community as a whole.
We believe it is a very important part of our yoga practice to always consciously consider our offerings. Your donation not only keeps the exchange of giving and receiving in balance, but also pays the bills and helps ensure quality instruction at Paducah Yoga Center.
We truly appreciate you, and we especially your efforts in helping yourself and our community.
Namaste
NOTE: We recomend you bring your own mat as we have a limited number of mats available at the studio. Please bring your donationations in cash as we have no debit or credit machines on the premise.
Paducah Yoga Center is located in beautiful, historic Downtown/ Lowertown Paducah, Kentucky.
