This weekend is designed for beginners, continuing students, and teachers alike who want to deepen their experience of the subtleties of alignment within the practice.
Instructor Asha Wolf
holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, is a Certified Movement Analyst and has been teaching yoga for 20 years. Residing in Boulder, CO, Asha teaches regularly at Richard Freeman's studio The Yoga Workshop and is an Applied Anatomy guest teacher for Richard Freeman's month-long teacher trainings. Along with offering weekend-long trainings and anatomy-based yoga workshops for students and teachers, she has her own private practice in physical rehab. Her teaching style is direct, clear and accessible with a strong hands-on approach.
