Paducah yoga Center Workshops/Events

Workshop Description: In this workshop we will learn to use our yoga
practice to deepen our self-understanding, discover a more meaningful connection with
our bodies, and to enjoy the dance of breath as it leads us into a fuller experience of
peace, stillness, and love. Enjoy Tilak’s unique approach of blending stories, humor, and
personal insight with asana and meditation to enrich your understanding and experience
of this powerful and transformative practice.
